Key Achievements in 2024

  • Revenue milestones: Atlas completed 12 consecutive quarters of double-digit revenue growth driven by both existing and new client launches. This includes a 62% YoY increase in ARR, 27% YoY increase in revenue growth from existing clients and a 20% YoY increase in MRR per client.
  • Client expansion: Atlas realized a 50% growth in its client base in 2024. This growth expands the company’s reach to deliver dynamic sales experiences to millions of homes across more than half of the U.S. states—powering broadband sales for eCommerce, field sales, inbound and retail channels.
  • Platform enhancements: Atlas introduced a restructuring of offers into three distinct product tiers—CORE eCommerce, CORE Omni and CORE AI—to better serve operators of all sizes. The company also expanded its ecosystem to include more than 40 third-party application integrations, enhancing platform flexibility and client adaptability.
  • Strategic partnerships: Atlas launched multiple collaborations with industry leaders such as GLDS and Calix, unlocking immense incremental value for BSPs and further solidifying Atlas’s position as the premium, high-performing managed service for customer acquisition.
  • Client successes: notable client launches in 2024 include larger regional providers such as GoNetspeed and Dobson Fiber as well as growing providers like Novos FiBER, XtreamInternet and Highline—all of which have adopted the Atlas CORE platform to accelerate customer acquisition and support their expansion efforts. Atlas has serviced millions of shoppers for clients, and its 90 Net Promoter Score speaks to the outstanding service they deliver.
  • Go-to-market: Atlas launched a rebrand in 2024 that included a new website, the product tiers previously mentioned, and a refreshed visual identity. The updated brand makes it easier for customers to differentiate and choose Atlas in the marketplace.
