As SVP of eCommerce at Altice USA, Mark led the company’s digital transformation. Driven by a non-stop focus on results, the model built by Mark generated consistent and rapid growth. By the end of his tenure, eCommerce sales grew more than 10X, becoming the number one contributor of top-line customer growth for the company.
Prior to Altice, Mark's career focused on digital media and Internet-related marketing and product development, with experience ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in both the US and Europe. His cable industry experience is extensive and includes work with Suddenlink (subsequently acquired by Altice), Spectrum, Comcast, Unity Media in Cologne Germany, and a number of clients though Atlas Digital.
He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Rhodes College in Memphis.
Drawing from a distinguished 20-year track record, as Chief Technical Officer, Brian May offers technical and product leadership to the Atlas Digital team. He manages product development, solution planning and execution, and development operations.
Previously, Brian was Vice President, IT Custom Solutions for Altice USA (formerly Suddenlink Communications) where he supported all custom IT development including: eCommerce, website(s), mobile applications, call center tools, development operations and custom integrations.
Prior to Altice (Suddenlink), Brian managed a custom development consulting practice for EPS Technology and provided consulting service for TDK Technologies and Software Architects, supporting a wide range of clients such as: BJC Healthcare, AG Edwards, Hewitt Associates, Cardinal Health, and Motorola.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Illinois State University.
